General information
BIOS access:
When switching on the computer and the Toshiba Logo will displayed, press the ESC key, and afterwards like displayed the F1 key.
Workaround for wrong system time.
I had the problem that the system time was constantly false. Also after adjusting the clock with the command DATE and a restart of the computer, it went again false. With the following hint you can induce the clock to a correct cooperation:
If not already during the installation happend, the time zone must be set to UTC. Call as root Yast 1, select administration of the system and change configuration file. There look for the entry time zone and set it to UTC. Close Yast. Shut down Linux, boot DOS and set the correct time with the time command. Thats all. Now the clock should work correctly.
